We are seeking a talented Service Desk Level 2 Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Level 2 Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to our valued customers.

What you'll do:
- Triage and Resolve: Receive, prioritize, and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues, including Active Directory, Office 365, and general desktop support.
- Customer Focus: Deliver legendary customer service by providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and requests.
- Knowledge Base: Contribute to our knowledge base by creating and updating clear and concise documentation.
- On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to deliver seamless service and resolve complex issues.
What you'll need:
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT concepts, including networking, operating systems, and application support.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members.
- Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new technologies quickly.
- Certification: Must have an active technical certification (e.g., Network+, Security+, Microsoft / Azure) or be able to obtain one within 6 months of hire.

- Provide Intermediate-level remote and onsite support for customer technical support requests while maintaining company culture and providing legendary customer service.
- Achieve Field Services goals for Customer Satisfaction, Resource Utilization, and timely completion of projects as defined by Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Organizational Level Objectives.
- Follow operational policies, processes, and procedures to maintain a productive and efficient workflow.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the support request process.
- Models and embraces Knight Office Solutions company culture.
- Bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education and experience.
- Current associate-level technical certification such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft associate-level required.
